WHAT IS THE RESIDENT PORTAL FOR THE MEADOWS?
The Resident Portal is an online platform designed to enhance the living experience at Brookfield Apartments in Emmaus. Through this portal, residents can conveniently manage various aspects of their tenancy, including:
- Receiving real-time notifications for package deliveries, dry cleaning, and more.
- Paying rent and utilities electronically.
- Submitting and tracking service requests with ease.
HOW MUCH IS THE RENT?
To view current pricing and availability for our spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments, please check our floor plans.
Pricing may vary based on unit location and floor level. All prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.
WHAT IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT?
The security deposit for our apartments in Emmaus is equal to one month’s rent for qualified applicants. There is also a $50 application fee per applicant.
ARE YOUR EMMAUS APARTMENTS PET-FRIENDLY?
Yes! Our cat and dog-friendly apartments in Emmaus provide the perfect home for your pet. Ideally located just minutes from both Emmaus Animal Hospital and VCA East Penn Animal Hospital, The Meadows also boasts easy access to pet supply stores including Petco and PetSmart. Additionally, our pet-owning residents love to take their pups to Camp Olympic Park and Emmaus Community Park to run around and play. From an on-site walking trail and spacious floor plans to nearby recreation areas, our pet-friendly apartments for rent are the ideal place for you and your furry friend.
- Cat Fee – $200 fee, $30 monthly fee
- Dog Fee – $350 fee, $40 monthly fee
No more than two pets are permitted per apartment. Dog Breed Restrictions Apply.
All residents and applicants are required to complete a PetScreening application. This application is required for pet and animal owners and applicants who do not own a pet or animal. PetScreening is a platform designed to help our residents fully understand and acknowledge our pet and animal-related policies.
